Shipping Policy -

How long does it take to arrive?

If we are shipping in the United Kingdom we offer free delivery and will take from 2 to 3 working days. We ship internationally to every country in the world, this can generally take from 10 to 15 working days. If we are shipping worldwide, we have an extra cost of roughly $12.77 dollars (in euros €11.15)

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.

The delivery info is based from the date of it being dispatched. Our estimated delivery times don't include the time it takes to design your order or the time it may take for you to reply to us to confirm if you're happy with the personalisation for us to print it. After you have confirmed you're happy with the item, it is shipped the next day. 

PEAK PERIODS The delivery time can be longer during peak periods such as any time leading up to Christmas.

Return Policy -

I would like to return my item

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not applicable to most orders. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt in order for us to assist you further. Postage costs cannot be refunded. Refunds will be minus your P&P charge.

Product quality -

Why are some of your products so cheap for being fully personalised?

Because we are a small team of people based in the UK, designing and printing in-house it cuts the costs down for us to be able to offer high end quality products, fully personalised for you. Our aim is to make sure all of our items are affordable for anyone to buy!

What is the quality of your canvas pictures?

The canvases we hand make are 15mm thick and the wood is made from pine. They are strong and will not fade as we use 100% cotton canvas and print using the latest printing technology. We tape the back of the canvas frame to protect the wall you place it onto, this provides a protection to prevent any damp.

What is the quality of your photo prints?

We print onto semi-gloss photographic paper the results are quality, bright colours and sharp detail in each personalised print. The Semi-gloss adds additional sheen which highlights the detail in all our prints without being too glossy.

I would like to order a picture with my own words, is there a word limit?

Although there is not a word limit, try to send wording that is able to fit onto the size you would like it printed on, if you are ordering one of our personalised pictures on canvas or photo paper. No matter what amount of text you give us we will always try to fit it on and it will not cost you any extra.

Already Ordered -

I just ordered and want to see how it has been designed before it's printed.

After designing your personalised order, we will email you a picture of it so you can view the images and words, check the spelling or grammar and let us know if your you're happy for us to print and ship it.

What if I order and I don't reply to your emails, texts or phone calls?

We need you to check your email, (and your spam folder) or text messages, however we contact you we will need a reply to see if you are happy with the way we have designed it or if you need any basic changes made. 

If you do not reply back to us by email, we will try to phone you and if we still can't get into contact with you after three days we will have to print and ship it.

Don't worry we will read over what you explained when you ordered originally, and using your own personalised wording or photos, we will try and design it to how you asked for it to be when you ordered.

I typed the wrong home address when I ordered!

Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, there isn't anything we can do, once Royal Mail takes your package we can not redirect it to your correct address, if you have given us the wrong address.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input during payment, please always double check your address is correct when ordering.

If you have just paid and realised your address is incorrect you can email and hopefully we will be able to change the address before shipping it, we have very fast turn-around times and ship items sometimes the same day or 1 working day, so please let us know as soon as you can if this happens.

When my item arrives, do I have to pay customs or import tax?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Each country has its own laws and regulations for the import and export of goods into and out of a country, which its customs authority enforces.

I just ordered and changed my mind, who do I contact to have it personalised a different way to how I originally explained on my order page?

I would like my tracking information please!

Don't worry we can email you your tracking number and a link to check it online, please email us with your name, full address and when you ordered at EssexPrintingService@gmail.com

My order is being held at customs or a royal mail collection office?

If customs hold your item, we cannot be held responsible for it turning up later than the expected delivery time, this is something we have no control over, we're sorry if this will inconvenience you in anyway.

If you have been left a note to collection your item if you were out when they tried to deliver it, you will need to collect your item as soon as possible as they don't hold items for a long period of time.
